All partner universities met in Ankara (Turkey) from November 20 to 24, 2017.

On Monday, the 20th, there was an opening ceremony in which general information about Gazi University was given. Then, the guests visited some of the facilities of the institution.

The following day, they attended lectures on science and language education and on Wednesday they attended a conference about history education with drama.

During these days, the guests visited different sites in the area, such as the Citadel of Ankara, the Center for Visual Arts Education for Individuals with Disabilities (GEGSEM) or Kızılcahamam, where a learning activity in Geography took place.

Finally, the General assembly of PETRA partners was held on Thursday 23.

Bütün tərəfdaş universitetlər 20-24 noyabr 2017-ci il tarixləri arasında Ankarada görüşdü.

Bazar ertəsi günü, 20-də, Gazi Universiteti haqqında ümumi məlumat verildiyi bir açılış mərasimi edildi. Sonra qonaqlar institutun bəzi obyektlərini ziyarət etdilər.

Ertəsi gün elm və dil təhsili mövzusunda mühazirələrə qatıldılar və Çərşənbə günü drama ilə tarix təhsili mövzusunda bir konfransa qatıldılar.

Bu günlərdə qonaqlar, Ankaranın Kalesi, Əlilliyi olan İnsanlar üçün Görməli İncəsənət Təhsil Mərkəzi (GEGSEM) və ya Coğrafiyada öyrənmə fəaliyyəti olduğu Kızılcahamam kimi müxtəlif sahələrdə olublar.

Nəhayət, PETRA tərəfdaşlarının ümumi toplantısı Cümə axşamı günü keçirildi.

On July 17-18, 2017 kick off meeting of the PETRA project coordinated by Polytechnic University of Valencia was held at Khazar University (Baku, Azerbaijan)

Representatives of all local and European partners of the project participated in the kick of meeting. The meeting’s official part was opened with the speeches given by Professor Hamlet Isaxanli (Founder and Chairman of Board of Directors and Trustees of Khazar University), Dr. Sulhaddin Gozalov (Head of Student Support and Exchange Programs Unit Department of Science and Higher Education, Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic), Dr. Javier Orozco (project manager from UPV) and Mr. Parviz Bagirov (Head of the National ERASMUS + office).

During the two-day meeting, detailed plan of activities, financial issues, roles and responsibilities of each partner, study visits, potential risks and the plans to overcome them were discussed. The group developed the 6-month plan and the first-year study visits of the project.

The three-year project was designed with close participation of 9 partners from Azerbaijan and 5 partners from Europe and it was granted with 908.623 €.

The project’s direct beneficiaries are PhD students, researchers and other members of academic staff.

Layihənin bütün yerli və Avropa tərəfdaşlarının nümayəndələri görüşün fəthinə qatıldılar. Görüşün rəsmi hissəsi professor Hamlet İsaxanlı (Xəzər Universitetinin Direktorlar və Qəyyumlar Şurasının təsisçisi və sədri), Sülhəddin Gözəlov (Tələbə Dəstək və Mübadilə Proqramları Bölməsi Elm və Ali Təhsil Nazirliyi, Nazirlik Azərbaycan Respublikası Təhsil Nazirliyi), Javier Orozco (UPV-dən layihə meneceri) və Parviz Bağırov (Milli ERASMUS + ofisinin rəhbəri).

İki gün davam edən iclasda ətraflı fəaliyyət planı, maliyyə məsələləri, hər bir tərəfdaşın rolları və məsuliyyətləri, iş səfərləri, potensial risklər və onların aradan qaldırılması planları müzakirə olunmuşdur. Qrup, layihənin 6 aylıq planını və ilk illik iş səfərlərini hazırladı.

Üçillik layihə Azərbaycanın 9 tərəfdaşının və Avropadan 5 tərəfdaşın sıx iştirakı ilə hazırlanmış və 908.623 € verilmişdir.

Layihənin birbaşa benefisiarları doktorant, tədqiqatçı və akademik heyətin digər üzvləridır.

Between October 16 and 19, a delegation of 23 people representing the PETRA project partners met at the University of Debrecen (Hungary). The institutions were represented by four assistant rectors, four deans, directors of international offices, directors of institution and department heads. During those days, the members of the international delegation attended professional conferences, conferences and workshops and visited the university’s educational buildings and laboratories.

The International Conference, with the participation of the members of the universities that make up the Consortium, was held on Thursday, the 19th.

It should be remembered that the program is composed fourteen partners from six different countries. Eight of these partners are universities of Azerbaijan, centerpiece of the project, because the objective is improving Higher Education in that country. Specifically, the topics covered are: learning and teaching methodology, ICT application, quality and effectiveness, and student and teacher mobility programs in Higher Education.

The prospects of cooperation between the universities were discussed at the meeting and the sides reached agreement on bilateral cooperation within the frames of the Erasmus + program.

16 və 19 oktyabr tarixlərində PETRA layihəsi tərəfdaşlarını təmsil edən 23 nəfər heyət Debrecen Universitetində (Macarıstan) görüşdü. Müəssisələr dörd köməkçi rektor, dörd dekan, beynəlxalq ofis müdirləri, təşkilat direktorları və şöbə müdirləri tərəfindən təmsil olundu. Həmin günlərdə beynəlxalq nümayəndə heyət üzvləri peşəkar konfranslar, konfranslar və seminarlar keçirmiş, universitetin tədris binaları və laboratoriyalarını ziyarət etmişlər.

Konsorsiumu təşkil edən universitetlərin üzvlərinin iştirakı ilə təşkil edilən Beynəlxalq Konfrans, 19-cu cümə günü keçirildi.

Qeyd edək ki, proqram altı müxtəlif ölkədən on dörd tərəfdaşdan ibarətdir. Bu tərəfdaşların səkkiz hissəsi həmin ölkədə ali təhsilin inkişafı məqsədi ilə layihənin mərkəzində olan Azərbaycan universitetləridır. Xüsusilə, mövzular: təhsil və tədris metodologiyası, İKT tətbiqi, keyfiyyət və səmərəlilik, ali təhsildə tələbə və müəllim hərəkətliliyi proqramları.

Görüşdə universitetlər arasında əməkdaşlığın perspektivləri müzakirə edildi və tərəflər Erasmus + proqramı çərçivəsində ikitərəfli əməkdaşlıq haqqında razılığa gəliblər.
